全自动压载水过滤机是在双级智控压差过滤机基础上开发研制的一种具有多种功能的全自动综合性水处理设备;它采用过滤精度可达2微米的高强度316L不锈钢烧结膜,集全自动高压反洗和超声波清洗杀菌技术于一体,无需更换滤元、清洗彻底无死角、自动运行、自动反洗、自动排污,同时具有超声波杀菌灭藻、消毒、阻垢、降低COD和防止滤网污堵等多种功能。系统运行安全可靠,维护方便,运行费用低。

工作原理Working principle

原水由进水口进入机体,首先以外压方式流经粗滤网,滤除较大颗粒性杂质。粗滤网出水以内压式进入细滤网,进一步截留水中的细小杂质,同时,超声波同步工作,对液体中的微小气泡核产生振动,当声压达到一定值时,气泡将继续膨胀,然后突然闭合,这些小气泡急速崩溃时在气泡内产生了高温(5000K)高压(上千个大气压),并且由于气泡周围的液体高速冲入气泡,而在气泡附近的液体中产生了强烈的局部激波,也形成了局部的高温高压,从而产生了超声的杀菌、清洗、粉碎、乳化、分散、阻垢、促进化学反应等一系列的作用。频率在20KHz以上的超声波集高级氧化、焚烧、超临界氧化等多种水处理技术于一身,不但能防止滤膜污堵,延长滤膜反洗周期,同时具有显著地杀菌和降解有机物的功能。

随着过滤介质中各种污染物在细滤网内侧的累积,过滤通道被堵塞,进出水口压差逐渐增加,当压差达到预设定值时,连接于进出水口的压差变送器便将检测到的压差信号转换成4-20mA的电流信号,传递给控制系统,(反洗周期亦可通过设定时间实现),系统自动启动行程电机和反冲洗高压泵,此时传动装置带动装有吸嘴的排污轴在滤网内侧做旋转和水平往返运动,同时,在滤网外侧,高压反冲洗装置与排污装置同步动作,并呈对应关系,在不中断正常产水的前提下,只借助一小部分产品水,对滤网进行高压反洗,反洗水透过滤网,连同从滤网上剥离的杂质被吸嘴迅速吸入排污轴,最后由排污室排出。

When these bubbles collapse rapidly, generated high Temperature(5000K) and high pressure (thousands of atmospheres) in the bubbles, and as the liquid around the bubbles into the bubbles high-speed, The liquid around the bubbles generated a strong local shock, also formed the high local temperature and pressure, resulting ultrasonic sterilization, cleaning, grinding, emulsifying, dispersing,promote chemical reactions and a series of  role. Ultrasonic frequencies above 20KHz set advanced oxidation, incineration, supercritical  oxidation and other water technologies in one. It is not only to prevent filter fouling, extend the filter backwash cycle,but also has significant function of sterilization and degradation of organic compounds.

With the pollutants  in the  filter media accumulated inside the fine filter, the filter channels are blocked, water inlet and outlet pressure increasing. When the pressure reaches the preset value, the pressure transducer detects which is connected to the inlet and outlet will put the pressure signals into 4-20mA current signal, then pass to the control system(The backwash frequency can also be pre-set by time). The system will automatically starts the motor and anti-stroke high-pressure pump flush when the running time reach to the pre-set value.At this time, the gearing drive the dirt collector with nozzles to do  the rotation and level back and force movement inside of the filter.mean while,outside the filter, the High-pressure backwash device and the sewage device do synchronous. Movement and show a corresponding relationship. At the premise without interrupting normal operation, it high-pressure backwash the filter with only a small part of the product water. The backwashed water through the filter, together with the impurities from the filter strip are quickly inhaled into the dirt collector by the nozzle,sent to the sewage axis, and finally discharged from the sewage chamber .

该过滤机主要用于海水的净化、杀菌、阻垢、降解有机物等,特别是对水质要求较高的船舶压载水领域,和超声波紫外线杀菌器联合使用,主要功能可去除和杀灭海水中泥沙、悬浮物、藻类、生物粘泥、腐蚀产物、大分子细菌、真菌、有机物、原生物及其它微小颗粒等杂质,同时具有超声波杀菌灭藻、消毒、阻垢、降低COD等多种功能,达到水质净化的目的。

传统过滤机只能用于粗过滤行业,主要原因归结于当采用精度50μm以上过滤网时,因过滤机本体不具备可靠的高压反冲洗功能,所以过滤网污堵后清洗不彻底,使过滤网通量无法恢复,因此导致过滤机无法正常运行。

世纪源牌全自动压载水过滤机与其他类似过滤机比较,主要有以下特点:

在国内外水处理市场上,有着众多品牌的“自动反冲洗”压差式过滤机(亦称自清洗过滤器),但工艺结构上大体相似,多用于粗过滤,主要是因为其“自动反冲洗”功能并非真正意义上的反冲,只是在滤网内壁有一套污物收集器,依靠自身水压将悬浮于滤网内壁的杂质吸入排污管,而与滤网粘附牢固或堵塞于滤网通道中的杂质却无法清除或清除不彻底,日积月累,最终使滤网失去透水能力,影响滤网的使用寿命。即使有些产品配有清洗刷,但其功能也只限于清除吸附于滤网内壁上的杂质,对于堵塞于通道中的杂质无能为力,甚至会使这些杂质透过滤网,进入产水侧,进而影响出水水质。正是由于这种清洗方式的局限,使得这些产品的过滤精度无法做得更高,所宣称的高精度也只是无法实现的一个理想。

安装要求:

①    过滤机必须装在泵的出口,在过滤机的进、出水口均要安装止回阀,防止突然停水时产生瞬间负压或背压造成滤网损坏。

②    设备安装的管网应保证压力稳定,且在设备允许的压力范围内。

③    设备应保持水平安装,排污口(DN40)不得上扬,安装时拐弯要尽量少,确保排水畅通。

④    过滤机进出水口之间应设置旁通阀,以备系统故障或检修时使用。

⑤    设备进出水管路上须设置压力表,便于观测系统运行压力及压力损失。

⑥    设备出水管路上应设置取样放空阀,便于调试时滤后水取样以及长期停机保存前的设备放空。

⑦    设备安装时四周应预留出检修空间。

Installation requirements   

①Filters must be installed in the pump,s exit. In the filter of the inlet and outlet, Check valve must be installed to prevent an instant filter damage caused by negative pressure and back pressure when the sudden stoppage generated.

②The pipe network equipment installation shall ensure that the pressure is stable and the pressure in the device within the scope permitted。

③Equipment should be to maintain the level of the installation, the sewage outfall (DN40) shall not be higher, the installation should be as little as possible when you turn a corner to ensure the smooth flow of drainage。

④Between the inlet and outlet filter bypass valve should be set up to prepare for the use of a system failure or maintenance。

⑤Equipment to be installed pressure gauge on the pipe inlet and outlet for easy observation system operating pressure and pressure loss.

⑥On the Equipment outlet pipe should be set sampling venting valve for easy to sample the water sampling after filtering and long-term shutdown of equipment to save pre-venting.

二、工作原理Working principle

被处理水经进水口进入超声波紫外线杀菌器机体,波长在254nm的强紫外线C(UVC)对水流进行均匀照射,达到广谱杀菌效果,同时,频率在20KHZ以上的超声波对水具有空化、混合、裂解、氧化、推流、杀菌、灭藻、清洗、除垢防垢等一系列作用,超声波空化实现了辅助杀菌和对有机物的降解,其产生的局部激波能使被处理水产生紊流现象,使水与紫外线更加充分均匀的接触,使杀菌更高效;同时超声波对腔体和石英套管起到了关键的清洗、除垢、防垢作用,使紫外线灯在高盐度海水内不结垢、不污染,长期保持良好的杀菌效果。

紫外线是一种肉眼不可见光,根据波长的不同可细分为UVA(315-400nm)UVB(280-315nm)和UVC(200-280nm),其中UVC最易被DNA(核糖核酸)吸收,紫外线杀菌设备使用的就是UVC,当水中的细菌、病毒、藻类、生物等受到一定剂量的UVC(波长254nm)照射后,其细胞的DNA、RNA结构再生无法进行,细菌病毒丧失自我复制的能力,从而达到水的杀菌和净化的目的,因此已被广泛应用于各类污水、给水、中水、地表水、纯水、净水、景观水、泳池水及海水等各种水质的杀菌消毒,细菌杀灭率在99%以上。

但在实际应用过程中,由于水质差、硬度高、细菌含量大等因素,很容易在紫外线灯的石英管壁上吸附有机物、生物粘泥、细小颗粒等杂质,并且在具有含盐高的水质当中工作,很容易在石英管壁上结垢,导致紫外线辐射能量低、穿透力弱,大大降低杀菌效率,严重影响了杀菌效果。

世纪源超声波紫外线杀菌器充分利用超声波的超声空化效应,不但克服了以上缺点,能永远保持石英套管较高的透光率,同时还具有辅助杀菌作用。超声空化即:液体中的微小气泡核在超声波作用下产生振动,当声压达到一定值时,气泡将继续膨胀,然后突然闭合,在气泡闭合时产生冲击波,这种膨胀、闭合、振荡等一系列动力学过程称为超声空化。这些小气泡急速崩溃时在气泡内产生了高温(5000C)、高压(上千个大气压),并且由于气泡周围的液体高速冲入气泡,而在气泡附近的液体中产生了强烈的局部激波,也形成了局部的高温高压,从而产生了超声波的混合、清洗、粉碎、裂解、推流、氧化、杀菌、灭藻、除垢、防垢等一系列的作用。

三、技术特点

1、超声波紫外线杀菌器是利用声学和光学相结合的方法来进行广谱杀菌的一种纯物理杀菌工艺。20KHZ以上的超声波所产生的空化效应具有超强的清洗、除垢、防垢功能,不但能永远保持石英套管较高的透光率,同时超声空化还具有良好的杀菌、混合、氧化、推流作用,它能够使被处理水分布均匀,杀菌快而平稳,灭菌率高,对细菌、病毒、微生物的杀菌作用一般在一秒以内,而其它传统的杀菌方法要想达到超声+紫外C同等的杀菌效果则需要20分钟至一小时的时间。
