工作原理Working principle
原水由进水口进入机体，首先以外压方式流经粗滤网，滤除较大颗粒性杂质。粗滤网出水以内压式进入细滤网，进一步截留水中的细小杂质，同时，超声波同步工作，对液体中的微小气泡核产生振动，当声压达到一定值时，气泡将继续膨胀，然后突然闭合，这些小气泡急速崩溃时在气泡内产生了高温（5000K）高压（上千个大气压），并且由于气泡周围的液体高速冲入气泡，而在气泡附近的液体中产生了强烈的局部激波，也形成了局部的高温高压，从而产生了超声的杀菌、清洗、粉碎、乳化、分散、阻垢、促进化学反应等一系列的作用。频率在20KHz以上的超声波集高级氧化、焚烧、超临界氧化等多种水处理技术于一身，不但能防止滤膜污堵，延长滤膜反洗周期，同时具有显著地杀菌和降解有机物的功能。
